Unlimited solar contract reports for your whole office.
One plan covers every agent on your team or in your brokerage. Every solar listing and every solar home a buyer looks at gets the numbers and the options: MLS solar fields, a buyer handout and the full report.

Paying yearly saves about two months. A single report is still $49.99 for agents without a plan.
Every agent gets
- Unlimited full reports, up to 10 per agent each month
- MLS solar fields and remarks, ready to copy
- The buyer handout and full PDF
- Reports saved to each agent’s account
How agents get access
- Agents sign in with their office email, and the plan applies on its own
- Agents using a personal email go on your invite list
- Add or remove agents any time
- The plan renews at your current number of agents
Why offices use it
- Solar slows closings. Transfers need the solar company’s approval, UCC-1 filings show up in title, and lenders count the payment.
- Buyer’s agents too. Run a report on any solar home a client is considering, before an offer.
- The same numbers every time. Fixed criteria, published local data, and the solar company’s current status.

Tell us about your team or brokerage. We’ll confirm the price and send a secure card payment link (yearly or monthly). Agents can start the day it’s paid.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Yearly plans cover 12 months; monthly plans renew each month until you cancel.
What does “up to 10 per agent each month” mean?
It’s a fair-use limit so one login isn’t shared outside the office. Past it, that agent pays the regular single-report price until the 1st.
Will the price go up?
These are founding prices, locked for your first year. Prices for new offices may change later.
